Abstract

The article is devoted to the biography of one of the leaders of the Ukrainian Autocephalous
Orthodox Church (1921–1930) Mark Hrushevskiy Fedorovich (1865 – 1938). The main
attention is paid to the problem of finding sources to explore and study the biographies of
church leaders in Ukraine XIX–XX centuries, political repression in the USSR.
