The Amsterdam Jewish community and the “Christianization” of the tra- ditional Jewish art scenes

Abstract

In this article principal attention is paid to the study of the cross-cultural dialogue
between Jewish and Christian sacral art in Early Modern period using the example
of one plate with Sacrificing of Yitzchak from the exhibition of Lviv Museum of the
History of Religion.
